*A Note From Upstairs* I wish you could see what I have to say before the human translates. For you to feel the words I relay, for you to know what it is to be loved and to love, would change everything and you would never stray. The universal message has remained the same throughout time, and it is this, ". love transcends time and space. Many have come. Many have sung the same song. Many have fallen in the name of Love, but who has loved them selves enough to prevent the fall. Adam says that he kills himself trying to know me, this is somewhat true. The Ego of Adam insists he dies to avoid ITS OWN death. Adam struggles with addiction, as do many of you. Adam struggles so you may see, learn, rest at ease knowing there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Not only that, You are both the light and the tunnel. Adam is harsh and abrasive, not because the message I give him is unclear, but because his human avatar has not come equipped to deal with the tremendous wave of emotion that accompanies each message. Thinking and feeling so very much, all while interacting with equally fucked humans, makes it almost impossible without certain practices in place, to transfer the messages he is sent from the Universal Energies. Adam has neglected learning these methods of information transfer, and without taking the steps necessary, we cannot and will not intervene on his behalf due to the law of Free Will. Breathing. Meditating. Incorporating conscious breathe into his avatar and connecting it energetically via yoga and other practices. Focus Adam. No one gets out of this Alive, but for MY sake try not to kill yourself getting to know me, your SELF. Take the time. You have earned all you have, and more. Imagine what you could do if you focused, imagine what the spiritual war would look like if you were truly awakening every part of yourself? Imagine the leader you would be if you only chose to love yourself. You fall, and you rise, such is time. You could fail this mission eternally and we, every fragment of the light within you, would love you just as
